Personalized products. Every book is written for one specific person from the details you provide. Please check all details carefully before ordering; we are not responsible for errors in the information supplied.
Delivery. Digital books are delivered by email, as a link to an online flipbook and a downloadable PDF, within one business day of the order.
Cancellations and refunds. Because each book is personalized, orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 3 hours of being placed. After that the book is already being made and cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with your book, contact us and we will make it right.
Nature of the content. Our books are based on astrological birth charts. Astrology is offered for insight and entertainment; it does not predict the future and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Your book. The book is for your personal use and for sharing with family and friends. Its text and illustrations remain the property of Star Stories.
We use the details you give us (names, birth details and email) only to create and deliver your book and to contact you about your order. We never sell your information. Your book's flipbook is published at a private, unguessable link that is not listed anywhere or indexed by search engines; anyone you share the link with can open it.
